JMM was founded in 1991. At that time JMM's focus was on apartment building renovation and general contracting. We began developing condominium homes in 1994, as of today we have developed 16 buildings totaling 176 units.

In 1998, JMM began building luxurious single-family homes. In bringing our commitment to quality craftsmanship and cutting edge design to this market, we feel that we´re offering a superior product to the new construction single-family home buyer.
