Ravenswood on the Park
2200 W. Carmen

Located at the northern edge of Ravenswood, this was JMM´s first condominium development. Featuring 9 two bedroom units, it defined the style customers have come to expect from JMM.

Vines of Ravenswood Manor
3001-3 W. Wilson and 4544-46 N. Sacramento

These condominium homes were the first in the Ravenswood Manor neighborhood. This area has always been extremely desirable, but out of the reach of the typical first time homebuyer. By introducing condominiums to the housing mix we were able to offer the amenities our clients were looking for in the neighborhood of their dreams. This project was made up of two and three bedroom homes with prices ranging from $99,900 to $139,900.

The Renaissance of Ravenswood

Following on our great success in Ravenswood Manor, we renovated an eighteen-unit building starting in August of 1995. The two bedroom units featured unique design elements in six different floorplans. Working closely with our customers on specialty finishes, we created charming homes and strong sense of community within this building.

White Arch

This six-unit development in Sheridan Park was one of JMM's most extensive renovations. Starting with a vacant building in poor condition, we created six outstanding condominium homes. From the beautiful front balconies to marble-encased Jacuzzi-style tubs these homes are bathed in luxury. Wood burning fireplaces, gourmet kitchens and garage parking were only some of the features. This six unit building continues to add high quality renovation to the Sheridan Park housing stock.
